Chicken Cilantro and Lime Soup

| 1.00 | cup | Cilantro , fresh, chopped |
| 1.50 | qt | Knorr select chicken base, prepared |
| 1.00 | qt | Knorr Ultimate Vegetable vegetarian Base, prepared |
| Tri color tortilla strips, fried - to garnish | ||

Preparation
1. In a large soup kettle, heat corn oil and sweat white onions, celery, garlic, chili powder. About 3 minutes.
2. Add chicken and cook until just about 3 minutes
3. Add prepared Chicken Base, Vegetarian base, corn, tomato, and cilantro bunch and let simmer about 20 minutes. Remove cilantro and discard.
4. Stir in lime juice .
5. Adjust seasoning and consistency. Turn off heat and sprinkle chopped cilantro in soup stir and serve garnished with tortilla strips and Queso fesco cheese.
Yield: 2 1/2 qts.
