Heartland Hash-Brown Soup

| 2.00 | cup | Knorr Ultimate Ham Base 6 x 1 Lb ,prepared |
| 1.00 | qt | LEGOUT ® Cream Soup Base 6 x 28 OZ |
| 1.00 | lb | Hash browns frozen -- thawed |
| 0.50 | tbsp | Thyme fresh, chopped |
| Kosher salt and cracked pepper to season |
Preparation
1) In a saucepan, render the bacon until crisp. Remove bacon from pan[reserve for garnish]. Add the ham and frizzle until caramelized. Add onions and cook until done, add carrots and celery and sauté until tender. Add the prepared ham base.
2. Fold the ham/vegetable mixture with the cream soup base, add the hash browns and thyme. Simmer for 30 minutes to marry flavors and cook the hash browns. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Garnish with crisp crumbled bacon.
