1.00qtKnorr Ultimate Roasted Beef Base 6 x 1 Lb, prepared 
1.00qtLeGout Cream Soup Base, prepared , prepared 
1.00lbCorned beef cooked, shredded
0.50lbSauerkraut rinsed, drained well
1.00lbSwiss cheese, grated

Preparation

1. Saute the onions and peppers in butter until tender. Add cream Soup Base, mustard, prepared beef Base, mix until smooth with a wire whisk. Add corned beef, sauerkraut, stir and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in Swiss cheese, heat until cheese melts.
Adjust seasoning and consistency.
