Rueben Soup

| 2.00 | tbsp | Dijon mustard |
| 1.00 | qt | Knorr Ultimate Roasted Beef Base 6 x 1 Lb, prepared |
| 1.00 | qt | LeGout Cream Soup Base, prepared , prepared |
| 1.00 | lb | Corned beef cooked, shredded |
| 0.50 | lb | Sauerkraut rinsed, drained well |
| 1.00 | lb | Swiss cheese, grated |
Preparation
1. Saute the onions and peppers in butter until tender. Add cream Soup Base, mustard, prepared beef Base, mix until smooth with a wire whisk. Add corned beef, sauerkraut, stir and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in Swiss cheese, heat until cheese melts.
Adjust seasoning and consistency.
