| 1.00 | lb | tomato ,canned crushed |

| 0.50 | tbsp | Coriander, ground |
| 1.00 | tsp | Chili powder |
| 2.00 | oz | tomato paste |

| 8.00 | oz | Beans, kidney canned, drained well |
| 1.00 | x | Bay leaves, whole |
| 0.50 | tbsp | Oregano(1) |
| Seasoning (salt+ pepper) to taste |
Preparation
1) Saute onions in oil until fragrant, add garlic cook about one minute.
2) Add ground chicken and brown.
3) Add remaining ingredients simmer for about one hour. Sim off excess fat and discard.
4) Remove bay leaf and season to taste.
Yield: 2 1/2 qts.
