Preparation
In medium bowl, combine vinegar and sugar. Add mayonnaise; blend well. Stir in cole slaw mix.
Add mango, peppers, onion, cilantro leaves and green onions; belnd well, making sure not to break up mango. Season to taste. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until service.
