Latin-Style Steak Salad with Mango Ginger Mojo

1.50lbBaby Lettuce salad , chopped
1.00cupCherry Tomatoes , red and yellow, split in half
1.00cupCucumbers, seedless , sliced
0.50cupCarrots , shredded

Preparation

1. Rub garlic and black pepper on steak. Pour Wish-Bone Italian dressing on steak, refrigerated and let marinate for 1 hour or longer.
2. In a medium bowl, combine mangos, scalliions, red pepper, ginger, cilantro, lime juice, serrano pepper and 2 cups Hellmann's Balamic Vinaigrette. Adjust seasoning and chill until ready for use.
3. Preheat grill. Gently shake or remove garlic pieces from meat and grill meat until medium rare. Let cool.
4. Combine baby greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and carrots with remaining Hellmann's Balsamic Dressing.
5. To serve: Divide baby greens on 6 plates. Thinly slice steak on a bias and place 4-5 oz. portions on each plate. Spoon Mango Ginger Mojo Dressing over salad.
