Grilled Sirloin, Spinach and Bacon Blue Cheese Dressing

| 1.50 | cup | Bacon ,turkey or pork, crisply cooked and crumbled |

| 1.00 | bag | Spinach , 12 oz., cleaned |
| 0.50 | cup | Carrots , shredded |
| 0.50 | cup | Bell pepper, red , julienne cut |
| 1.00 | tomato , large, firm, sliced 1/4 inch thick |
Preparation
1. Preheat grill. Sprinkle steak with seasoning. Coat lightly with oil; grill to desired doneness. Hold warm.
2. In a small bowl, combine bacon with Hellmann's Blue Cheese dressing; reserve.
3. In a bowl, combine baby spinach mix with carrots and peppers. Mix in enough dressing to coat thoroughly.
4. Slice steak 1/4 inch thick. Portion salad onto 6 plates. Add a few slices of grilled sirloin to each salad; garnish with tomato slices.
5. Serve with an additional ramekin of dressing.
