Roasted Red Pepper, Pancetta, and Green Onion Potato Salad

 
 
 

Ingredients (10 servings)

2.00lbPotatoes- Russet , roasted, diced, skin on
4.00ozPancetta , or smoked bacon, diced
3.00ozBell pepper, red , roasted, julienned
2.00ozGreen Onion , sliced on a bias
1.00cupHELLMANN'S ® REAL RED PEPPER BASIL SAUCE 12 / 16 OZ 12 x 16 OZ 
  Cayenne pepper , pinch
  Kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Dice and roast potatoes until tender, chill
2. Dice pancetta or smoked bacon and cook until crisp.
3. Combine above ingredients with Hellmann's Roasted Red Pepper Sauce.
4. Season to taste.
