Horseradish Dijon Potato Salad with Caramelized Onions, Cheddar Cheese and Chives

| 3.00 | pc | Eggs , hard cooked, diced |
| 4.00 | tbsp | Chives(1) , 1 inch cut |
| 2.00 | x | Onions , sliced |
| 1.00 | cup | HELLMANN'S® REAL HORSERADISH DIJON SAUCE 12 / 16 OZ POUCHES 12 x 16 OZ |
| Kosher salt and black pepper to taste |
Preparation
1. Quarter and boil or steam potatoes until tender; chill.
2. Slice onions and caramelize in a saute pan, chill.
3. Combine all ingredients with Hellmann's Dijon Sandwich Sauce.
4. Season to taste.
