Horseradish Dijon Potato Salad with Caramelized Onions, Cheddar Cheese and Chives

4.00ozCheese, Cheddar , shredded
3.00pcEggs , hard cooked, diced
4.00tbspChives(1) , 1 inch cut
2.00xOnions , sliced
1.00cupHELLMANN'S® REAL HORSERADISH DIJON SAUCE 12 / 16 OZ POUCHES 12 x 16 OZ 
  Kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Quarter and boil or steam potatoes until tender; chill.
2. Slice onions and caramelize in a saute pan, chill.
3. Combine all ingredients with Hellmann's Dijon Sandwich Sauce.
4. Season to taste.
