Fajita Salad with Creamy Salsa Dressing

1.00cupBEST FOODS® Real Mayonnaise , 4/1 Gallon 4 x 1 GA or Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise 
1.00cupPrepared salsa
1.50lbFlank steak , boneless, skinless chicken breasts, or peeled and deveined shrimp
4.00xBell pepper, red , or yellow pepper, quartered
2.00xZucchini , sliced
2.00xOnions, red , sut into wedges and skewered
4.00tbspOlive oil
8.00ozLettuce leaves, sliced
4.00pcTortilla, plain flour, cut into strips

Preparation

1. For Creamy Salsa Dressing, blend Hellmann's Mayonnaise with salsa, set aside.

2. Lightly brush beef, red peppers, zucchini, and onion with olive oil. Grill or broil beef and vegetables until beef is desired doneness and vegetables are tender.

3. Cut beef and red peppers into strips. To serve, arrange beef and vegetables over lettuce and tortillas on serving platter. Serve with Creamy Salsa Dressing.
