5.00ozOnions, red , thinly sliced
10.00ozOlives, Kalamata , pitted

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Season potatoes and roast until brown and goldern.

3. Season chicken and grill. Cool then dice.

4. Combine all ingredients and blend well. Adjust seasonings. Chill well to serve.
