Southwestern Grilled Chicken Salad

| 10.00 | floz | Knorr Ready-To-Use Salsa Roja Sauce 4 x 0.5 GA |
| 2.50 | cup | Corn, yellow , frozen |
| 2.50 | cup | Black beans , cooked |
| 2.50 | cup | Tomatoes, plum , diced |
| 1.25 | cup | Onion, yellow , sliced |
| 15.00 | cup | Mixed greens |
| 25.00 | floz | Cilantro Ranch Dressing |
| 10.00 | oz | fried tortilla strips |
Preparation
1. Marinate chicken breast in Knorr Salsa Roja.
2. Grill chicken breast, when done remove from the grill and let rest.
3. Blend greens, black beans, corn, onions, tomatoes and 25 ounces of Cilantro Ranch Dressing in a mixing bowl. Blend well.
4. Place into a chilled salad bowl, slice chicken breast and arrange on salad, garnish wiht fried tortilla strips.
