Preparation
1. Arrange 3 endive leaves around the plate and 3 wedges of pears. Place Bibb lettuce in the center of the plate.
2. Top with 2 ounces of Hellmann's Refrigerated Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing.
3. Top with dried cherries, spicy walnuts, and fresh ground pepper.
