Cold Summer Rolls with Tofu, Vegetables and Sweet Red Chili Sauce

Preparation
1. Clean, cut and dry vegetables and tofu. In a bowl, toss tofu and vegetables in Knorr Sweet Chili Sauce.
2. In a bowl, re-hydrate rice papers and lay onto wet towel.
3. Place a small amount of mixture towards the bottom of the paper, top with basil and mint. Roll bottom towards the middle.
4. Fold in both sides and continue rolling. Cover and hold until ready to serve.
