Preparation
1. Place cheese strips and cilantro into each prawn and wrap with a piece of bacon. Season and saute in oil until crisp and fully cooked. The cheese should be slightly melted. Place on guacamole and garnish with sauce.
2. Drizzle with cilantro oil. Serve immediately.
