Bruschetta with Tomato, Basil, Olives, Shredded Mozzarella and Creamy Pesto Real Sauce

Preparation
1. In a mixing bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic and your choice of herbs. Brush mixture on each slice of bread.
2. In a heated grill pan, grill slices on both sides until the bread gets blackened grill marks and is crispy.
3. In a bowl, mix together tomatoes, olives and mozzarella cheese. Mound on each slice, drizzle with Creamy Pesto Sauce or serve on the side.
