Bruschetta with Tomato, Basil, Olives, Shredded Mozzarella and Creamy Pesto Real Sauce

2.00 French baguette , Portuguese, Itaian, or sourdough bread, cut into diagonal slices
4.00tbspOlive oil , as needed
2.00clGarlic , minced
1.00tbspRosemary(1) , thyme, or basil, chopped
1.00 tomato , diced small
2.00ozOlives, Kalamata , or green olives, sliced
1.50ozMozzarella , preferably fresh, shredded
4.00ozHELLMANN'S ® REAL CREAMY PESTO SAUCE 12 / 16 OZ 12 x 16 OZ 
  Basil , chiffonade, garnish

Preparation

1. In a mixing bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic and your choice of herbs. Brush mixture on each slice of bread.
2. In a heated grill pan, grill slices on both sides until the bread gets blackened grill marks and is crispy.
3. In a bowl, mix together tomatoes, olives and mozzarella cheese. Mound on each slice, drizzle with Creamy Pesto Sauce or serve on the side.
