Barbecued Shrimp in the New Orleans Style

| 1.70 | tsp | Knorr Ultimate Shrimp Base 6 x 1 Lb |

| 0.42 | cup | Parsley , chopped |
Preparation
1. In a large stainless bowl thoroughly mix dry herbs and spices with garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
2. Toss shrimp with seasoning blend.
3. In heated sauce pan, add olive oil and sauté seasoned shrimp until lightly pink. Add beer and finish cooking the shrimp.
4. Remove shrimp and place on warmed service platter.
5. Return sauté pan to heat and reduce pan juices by one-half the volume. Whisk in Knorr Ultimate Shrimp Base and finish with the butter.
6. Drizzle sauce over the shrimp and garnish with parsley.
Yield: 6-8 appetizer portions
Note: Excellent with crusty French bread.
