Beef & Bison Meatloaf Sandwich with Green peppercorn Demi-Glace

| 0.25 | cup | Onions , chopped, sauteed & chilled |

| 2.00 | oz | Knorr Chipotle BBQ Sauce |

| 1.00 | oz | Seasoning (salt+ pepper) , as needed |
| 8.00 | oz | Knorr Demi-Glace Sauce , prepared, kept warm |
| 1.30 | tbsp | Peppercorns, green , in brine, drained, mashed |
| 6.00 | slices | Bread, toast , garlic or Texas |
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F. In medium bowl, combine beef, bison, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, Knorr Chipotle BBQ Sauce and egg. Mix lightly but thoroughly; season with salt and pepper.
Press mixture into and 8" x 5" loaf pan. Bake 60-70 minutes or until medium doneness (160F.) Cool slightly.
Prepare Green peppercorn Demi-Glace: Stir peppercorns into prepared Knorr Demi-Glace Sauce; keep warm.
Place 4 oz serving of meatloaf on 1 slice garlic bread. Serve with 4 oz Green Peppercorn Demi-Glace. Repeat to make 6 sandwiches. Serve immediately.
