Beef & Bison Meatloaf Sandwich with Green peppercorn Demi-Glace

0.25cupOnions , chopped, sauteed & chilled
2.00tbspGarlic , minced
2.00ozKnorr Chipotle BBQ Sauce
1.00pcEggs
1.00ozSeasoning (salt+ pepper) , as needed
8.00ozKnorr Demi-Glace Sauce , prepared, kept warm
1.30tbspPeppercorns, green , in brine, drained, mashed
6.00slicesBread, toast , garlic or Texas

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F. In medium bowl, combine beef, bison, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, Knorr Chipotle BBQ Sauce and egg. Mix lightly but thoroughly; season with salt and pepper.

Press mixture into and 8" x 5" loaf pan. Bake 60-70 minutes or until medium doneness (160F.) Cool slightly.

Prepare Green peppercorn Demi-Glace: Stir peppercorns into prepared Knorr Demi-Glace Sauce; keep warm.

Place 4 oz serving of meatloaf on 1 slice garlic bread. Serve with 4 oz Green Peppercorn Demi-Glace. Repeat to make 6 sandwiches. Serve immediately.
