24.00ozKnorr Chipotle BBQ Sauce

8.00ozCheddar , shredded or queso fresco crumbled

8.00xSandwich Roll , sesame seed

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 F. In small bowl, combine chili powder, garlic powder, salt, cumin and cayenne pepper. Rub spice mixture all over pork roast.

Place roast in roasting pan; roast until desired temperature (about 1 hr 15 minutes for 160 F.) Cool; wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.

Slice roast thinly. In large bowl, combine Knorr Chipotle BBQ Sauce and chipotle peppers. Place sliced pork and sauce mixture in large pan; heat over medium-low heat until meat is heated through, about 10 minutes.

On bottom of roll, layer 5.5 oz pork mixture. Top with 1 oz cheese; place briefly under broiler or salamander until cheese melts. Top with 3 slices avocado and 0.3 oz onion. Brush a bit of sauce on cut side of top of roll and replace top; repeat to make 8 sandwiches. Serve immediately.
