Preparation
Prepare Lemon-Rosemary Sauce: Stir lemon zest and rosemary into prepared Knorr White Sauce; add mushrooms and red bell pepper. Keep warm.
Grill chicken breasts until chicken reaches 165 degrees F. Slice 1 breast; shingle over 1 slice bread. Top with 2 oz warmed sauce. Repeate to make 10 sandwiches. Serve immediately.
