8.00slicesCheese, Monterey Jack , Colby-Jack or Pepper Jack
8.00xHamburger buns , sesame
6.00ozHellmann's or BestFoods Real Mayonnaise
2.00ozKnorr Ready-To-Use Salsa Verde Sauce
4.00ozChiles, fresh , green, roasted, chopped

Preparation

Prepare Green Chile Mayonnaise: In small bowl, combine Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Knorr RTU Salsa Verde and green chiles; reserve.

Grill or broil bison patties until desired temperature is reached. Place bison patty on bun bottom; top with 1 tomato slice, 2 avocado slices and 1 cheese slice. Briefly broil or place under salmander to melt cheese.

Spread cut side of bun top with 2 tbsp Green Chile Mayonnaise. Replace bun top; repeat to make 8 burgers. Serve immediately.
