California Bacon and Avocado Burger

Preparation
Grill or broil beef patties on both sides until 160 degrees F or desired temperature. When burgers have cooked through, top each with 3 strips bacon and 1 oz cheese. Cover and grill until cheese melts.
Spread cut sides of top of each bun with 2 tbsp. Salsa Roja Mayonnaise. Place burger patties on bun bottoms; top each with 3 avocado slices.
Replace tops of buns; serve immediately.
