Buffalo Bleu Burger

Preparation
Grill or broil 8 beef patties on both sides until 160 degrees F or desired temperature. When burgers have nearly cooked through, top each with 1/2 oz blue cheese. Cover and grill until cheese melts.
Spread cut sides of each bun evenly with 2 tablelspoons Buffalo Mayonnaise. Place burger patties on bun bottoms; top each with 1 tomato sllice and 2 leaves lettuce.
Replace tops of buns; serve immediately.
