Preparation
Mix Hellmann’s, lettuce and horseradish together
spread 2 oz on country bread. Layer 2 slices tomato, then 4 slicesof bacon and then top with a poached egg sliced in three. Sprinkle with 1 tsp Montreal steak spice and salt and pepper.
