Sausage and Gorgonzola Sandwich

Preparation
1.On grill or in sauté pan, heat sausage until cooked through.
2.Make cut down center of sausage; place 1 oz. cheese evenly down length of cut.
3.Place under broiler or salamander until cheese melts.
4.Spread cut sides of roll evenly with 2 Tbsp. Hellmann’s Red Pepper Basil Sauce; place 1 sausage on bottom of roll.
5.Replace top of roll; serve immediately.
Note: Various types of artisan sausage can be used in this sandwich, such as andouille, duck sausage or spicy chicken sausage.
