Preparation
1.In large sauté pan, heat oil over medium heat until hot but not smoking. Sauté onion until softened and slightly browned, about 6 minutes. Stir in pork and KNORR Ready-To-Use Chipotle Barbecue Sauce; reduce heat to low and simmer until pork is heated through.
2.Layer bottom slice of bread with 1 slice of cheese and 3 oz. barbecue pork. Top with another slice of cheese and another piece of bread.
3.Spread outside of sandwich evenly with 2 Tbsp. Hellmann’s real Mayonnaise.
4.Griddle over medium heat, turning once, until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
