2.00ozKnorr Ready To Use Sweet Red Chili Sauce
1.00ozKnorr Ready To Use Teriyaki Glaze with Ginger Sauce
1.00tbspPeanut oil or vegetable oil
2.00ozOnions , sliced vertically
1.00ozBell pepper, green or red, julienned
0.50tspGarlic , chopped
3.00ozTop sirloin , thinly sliced
2.00pcgreen leaf lettuce , large leaves

Preparation

1.In large sauté pan, heat oil until hot but not smoking. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic; stir-fry 3 minutes. Add beef to pan and stir-fry another 3 minutes or until beef is cooked through and is no longer pink. Reduce heat; add sauce and cook until sauce is heated through.
2.Plate 1.5 oz. meat and sauce with each lettuce leaf and roll; serve immediately.
