Bulgogi Lettuce Wrap

Preparation
1.In large sauté pan, heat oil until hot but not smoking. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic; stir-fry 3 minutes. Add beef to pan and stir-fry another 3 minutes or until beef is cooked through and is no longer pink. Reduce heat; add sauce and cook until sauce is heated through.
2.Plate 1.5 oz. meat and sauce with each lettuce leaf and roll; serve immediately.
