Grilled Orange Chicken Salad Sandwich Lite

0.50cupCelery , finely chopped
0.25cupOnions , finely chopped
2.00flozOrange juice, Frozen Concentrate , not diluted
2.00tbspDill , chopped
0.30tspSalt
0.10tspBlack Pepper
16.00slices7 grain, sliced bread
3.00ozButter
10.00ozjack cheese
16.00slicesAvocados
16.00slicestomato

Preparation

In large bowl combine chicken, mayonnaise, celery, onion, orange juice concentrate, dill, salt and pepper.

Butter one side of bread slices. On half of the slices, layer the reverse side with 10 oz jack cheese and 2 slices avocado. Top with 5 oz. chicken salad and 2 slices tomato. Top with remaining bread slices.

Place on griddle heated to 350 degrees. Toast both sides of sandwich until golden brown and warm in the center. Cut in half and serve immediately.
