1.00 Citrus, lemon , juiced
6.00 Pita bread, flavored
6.00 Pita bread, plain whole wheat, warmed and cut in half
12.00 Red leaf lettuce , large, cleaned

Preparation

1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, vegetables, feta cheese, olives, Hellmann's Greek Dressing, Hellmann's Mayonnaise, parsley, oregano, and lemon juice. Mix gently. Season to taste.
2. To assemble sandwich: Stuff pita pocket half with 1 lettuce leaf. Spoon chicken mixture into pocket apx 5 oz each. Serve immediately.
