Preparation
For 1 serving:
1. Spread 1.5 oz Red Pepper Sauce on tortilla. Layer 1.5 oz spinach, 2 slices tomato, a slice of cheese and 2 chicken fingers on lower third of tortilla.
2. Roll up as for a burrito and serve with additional sauce.
