Philly Cheese Steak and Egg Sandwich

Preparation
1. Griddle onions until lightly browned. Reserve.
2. Butter English muffins grill on both sides.
3. Griddle roast beef quickly to warm through; divide onto 10 muffin bottoms.
4. Scramble eggs, place on top of beef.
5. Top with LeGout Cheddar Cheese Flavored Instant Sauce Mix, and top with English muffin and serve.
Note: Muffins can be toasted.
