Athens Chicken Sandwich

Serves: 1


  • 1 each muligrain roll, split
  • 1 oz. Greek Mayonnaise
  • ½ oz. (1 leaf) green leaf lettuce
  • 1 oz. (2 slices) tomato, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz. chicken breast, cooked, sliced
  • 1 oz. (6 slices) cucumber, thinly sliced
  1. Spread cut sides of roll evenly with Greek Mayonnaise.
  2. Layer bottom of roll with lettuce, tomato, chicken and cucumber.
  3. Replace top of roll; serve immediately or refrigerate until service.

Greek Mayonnaise

Yield: 8 oz.


  • 4 oz. Hellmann’s Light® Mayonnaise
  • 2 oz. Hellmann’s® Classic Real Aioli
  • 2 oz. cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced small
  • 1 tsp. mint, chopped


  1. Combine thoroughly; keep refrigerated until service.
