  • Red onion, small dice 1.0 lb
  • Herbs de Provence, to taste

Prepare the Seasoned Turkey Patties

Prepare the Burger

  • Seasoned Turkey Patties, prepared 10.0 each
  • Brown gravy mayonnaise, prepared 1.25 cups
  • Dinner roll 10.0 each
  • Mashed potatoes, prepared 2.5 cups
  • Blistered Vegetables, prepared 2.5 cups

Ground turkey sliders served on classic dinner rolls with a brown gravy mayonnaise, and topped with creamy mashed potatoes and an herb-roasted parsnip and onion medley.

Preparation

  1. Prepare the Brown Gravy Mayonnaise

    • Combine the ingredients and whisk until well combined. Hold refrigerated until service.
  2. Prepare the Blistered Vegetables

    • Sauté the parsnip and red onion with herbs and season to taste. Hold hot for service.
  3. Prepare the Seasoned Turkey Patties

    • Mix all ingredients until combined and form into 10 patties. Chill until service.
  4. Prepare the Burger

    • Grill turkey burger to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.
    • To assemble, spread 1 Tbsp prepared Brown Gravy Mayonnaise on each side of the roll.
    • Build burger with ¼ cup mashed potatoes and ¼ cup Blistered Vegetables.
