|2.50||cup||White wine, Fendant|
|80.00||oz||Knorr Red Wine Flavored Demi-Glace Sauce Mix 8 x 16 OZ|
|3.00||tbsp||Thyme , fresh, chopped|
1. Quickly sweat garlic in oil. Add onions and saute until tender. Add mushrooms and thyme and saute until cooked through. Deglaze with wine and reduce by half. Add Demi-glace and simmer for 5 minutes. Finish with cream.
2. Serve with mashed sweet potatoes and green beans and carrots.
