2.00 tbsp2.00tbspSesame oil

Preparation

1. Combine salt, egg white, oil and cornstarch. Coat meat with mixture.
2. Saute beef in hot oil until just done - remove and reserve.
3. In same pan, saute peppers and onion.
4. Add Knorr Sweet Red Chili Sauce, peanut butter, sesame oil, and stock. Bring to a simmer.
5. Add beef back and bring to a simmer. Serve.

Variation: Use chicken in place of beef.
