  Salt & Pepper, as needed
4.00ozHELLMANN'S Light Mayonnaise , 204 7/16 oz. Packets 204 x 0.44 OZ 
1.00tbspGinger, ground
2.00tspGreen Onion , finely sliced
1.00cupbreadcrumbs, flavored , Panko
4.00ozOil , for sauteing

Preparation

Season salmon with salt and pepper.

In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ginger and scallions. Spread mixture evenly on one side of salmon fillets. Dredge coated side of salmon in bread crumbs.

Heat oil in saute pan. Saute salmon on crumb side until golden brown; turn and finish cooking until 150 internal temperature.

Serve immediately with Pineapple Slaw.
