0.30cupGreen Onion
1.00cupCrab meat , fresh or 1 can of crabmeat
2.00tbspHELLMANN'S Light Mayonnaise , 30 Lb. Pail 1 x 4 GA 
1.00tbspHot pepper sauce , Tabasco brand garlic pepper sauce if possible
  Seasoning (salt+ pepper) , to taste

Butter & grilled hot dog buns.

Mix the eggs, avocado, green onion, crabmeat, Hellman’s and hot sauce in to a large bowl.

Once crisp, stuff each hot dog buns with 3 oz of filling and top with salt and pepper.
