Preparation
In large bowl, combine eggs, mayonnaise, celery, onion, scallions, curry powder, salt and pepper.
Place 2 slices tomato, 2 slices bacon and 1 lettuce leaf on toast slice. Top with 3 oz egg salad; cut and serve immediately.
