8.00ozApples- granny smith , julienned
8.00ozPickle, dill , julienned
2.00tbspDill , chopped

12.00ozHELLMANN'S Light Mayonnaise , 204 7/16 oz. Packets 204 x 12 GR
0.50tspSalt , to taste
0.50tspPepper, coarse , to taste

Preparation

Cut red potatoes in 1/4 or 1/6 if large, place in mixing bowl.

Cut beets in 1/4 or 1/6 if large, add to potatoes

Add sliced red onions, apples, pickles, dill, capers & Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise. Blend with potatoes & beets.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.
