Preparation
Season beef patty with salt. Place on hot charbroiler; cook on both sides untll desired doneness (suggested Meduim).
Place 2 pices of cheese on the hamburger; when melted remove from grill.
Spread bun evenly with 2 oz mayonnaise and 2 oz ketchup. Top burger with 1 pz lettuce and 2 slices tomato. Serve immediately.
