Preparation
ON THE STOVE: Place product in a large bowl. Add 2.5 quarts of boiling water (212°F). Stir thoroughly with a whisk to ensure that all mix is combined (approx. 1 minute). Place mix in a large pot. Over medium heat, bring to a full rolling boil while stirring. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. MICROWAVE: (Designed for a 1200 WATT unit) Place mix in a plastic 4" deep steam table half pan. Do not use a metal pan. Add 2.5 quarts of boiling water (212°F). Stir thoroughly with a whisk to ensure that all mix is combined (approx. 1 minute). Place the pan in the microwave and cover with a lid. Microwave for 15 minutes. Remove container from microwave and stir thoroughly. Microwave container covered for an additional 15 minutes. Remove product from microwave and stir thoroughly. Let product stand uncovered for 15 minutes in a steam table before serving.
