Chef Stephane Renaud

Stephane Renaud has worked in the culinary industry for 25 years. Corporate chef for eastern noth America. Stéphane has made his name in the industry by his successful dedication and hard work. As an Hotel and Restaurant Executive chef in the past, he helped build the reputation of some of the most popular restaurants in Quebec City Canada by engineering no less than 5 different, but very successful restaurant concepts.

As a graduate of the "Culinary Art schoo" in Montreal in 1985, he embarked on a journey that would see him direct many different style of kitchens. From Café bistro, to Hotels, to Fine dining, he brought new evolving cuisine & trends to everywhere he worked. He also “mentored” many young chefs in his career that also became great chefs themselves today. 

He started his career at Unilever Food Solutions as an account manager where he received the president’s award four times in the  last 10 years. Now working with DST as culinary support, he helps his collegues and our dear customers in their development needs through research, creativity and culinary assistance. Therefore, if you feel you need any guidance, new ideas or just plain help from us, Stéphane is the one to call on as he is always ready to help you create the next great menu idea that will make your business move forward and beat your competition!
